Property and Cancellation Policies

Reservations need to be cancelled two calendar days prior to the guests scheduled arrival date to avoid any cancellation fees. If the guest cancels less than 2 calendar days prior to check-in, there will be a one night charge.

• Deposit to cover first night lodging required to confirm room reservation.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside rooms
• Group special billing and rates available with previous arrangements made
• Check in time 3:00pm Check out time 12:00pm
• Rates quoted are per day for single or double occupancy
• Rates subject to change without notice
• Deposit refundable if canceled within cancellation guidelines
• Cancellation policy is 2 calendar days prior to arrival date
